Outline

Course outline

7 modules. Each one ends with a short exercise you complete on your own work.

  1. Module 01

What AI can and cannot do

A plain-language tour of today's tools, where they help and where they fail, and the design thinking lens: design the work, then pick the tool.

  2. Module 02

    Map your week

Map attract, convert, deliver, collect and support. Mark the owner, hours per week, handoffs and pain. Star the busywork and protect the work that needs you.

  3. Module 03

    Problem statements that don't lie

Who struggles with what, in which situation, and what it costs in time, money or risk. No product names allowed.

  4. Module 04

    Score the opportunities

Rate each problem for impact, ease, data and risk, then sort with an impact and ease matrix to find what to do now.

  5. Module 05

    Five AI patterns

Drafting, summarizing, routing, lookup and classifying. Match patterns to jobs, not brands to fear of missing out.

  6. Module 06

    Three reversible demos

An email assistant with a voice card and a human send, a follow-up reminder with a kill switch and an FAQ assistant that cites your own document.

  7. Module 07

    90 days, measured

Lock the top two problems, set a baseline, run a 15-minute weekly scorecard, then harden, kill or expand. Plus the no-hype principles: human review, no invented facts, protected data.
